Question 1

Why choose Fowl Play GSPs?

Accepted Answer

We breed versatile German Shorthaired Pointers from proven NAVHDA-tested lines—built for upland hunting, family life, and real-world grit. Every pup gets early socialization, health clearances (OFA hips/eyes, vWD clear), and a lifetime support guarantee.

Question 2

What health testing do you do?

Accepted Answer

Full panel: OFA hips/elbows, eyes by board-certified vet, von Willebrand’s DNA, and heart checks. All results shared—transparency’s key.

Question 3

Are your GSPs good with kids and other dogs?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely—temperament’s priority. Pups grow up around our family, our young kids, and other dogs. We match puppies personalities to your lifestyle to ensure the long term success of our dogs and their owners.

Question 4

How do I reserve a puppy?

Accepted Answer

$500 non-refundable deposit holds your pick (first-come). Balance due at pickup. Contact via form or text—let’s chat!

Question 5

Training tips for new GSP owners?

Accepted Answer

Start crate training day one, expose to birds early, and join NAVHDA events. They’re smart but need jobs—fetch, nose work, or upland hunts keep ’em happy.
